After joining classes with Reilly, I finally understand what correct yoga postures can do for your body. Apart from strengthening & an increase in flexibility, it helps one achieve a sense of accomplishment, thereby boosting morale. Reilly is completely aware of each students requirements, stamina and limitations, and the classes are tailor made keeping all that in mind. Each class is wonderful and I must admit his gentle nudging to push your limits, makes you feel like you’ve really achieved something. I live in the Philippines & take online classes with Reilly via Google Meet, & I’ll admit I’m not very regular due to various factors, yet I’ve managed to lose 3kgs in a period of 1 month & my flexibility & stamina have improved quite a bit.
Reilly is a fantastic coach who ensures that each session is filled with equal amounts of fun & training. He personalizes the sessions based on your needs, medical background etc & still adjusts during an active class if he feels you need to either tone down or step up a level.

Starting with yoga was the best decision I took for self care and health improvement. I am glad I started online session with Reilly, as it has been an amazing experience. His attention to details, accuracy, logical explanations and patience has been the highlight for me. Reilly always has a focus on individual students and plans the program for them to improve and practices accordingly.
I must admit I was casual and apprehensive for online session. I have done Yoga in the past but had no understanding of how and why it works then. This has changed post I join with Yoga By Reilly.
